On a beautiful day at Angel F. Olarte Elementary School, nestled in Batoganding, Balut Island, Sarangani, Davao Occidental, the Catch’22 Foundation embarked on a mission to share joy and create lasting memories with the children and families of the community.

We are committed to enriching people’s lives through community development, charitable programs, educational experiences, local and international travel, and the preservation of cultural heritage, traditional values, and traits. Our mission extends to supporting families, children, youth sportsmanship, and community affairs, as well as fostering creativity and skill development. We strive for a brighter future through advancements of all kinds, contributing to a better and more beautiful world for everyone.
